Ms. Luo is a founding member of BWD with more than 25 years of management experience in mining and chemical industries. She is responsible for strategic planning and internal management of BWD.



Prior to founding BWD, Ms. Luo was the director of internal affairs at Yunnan Phosphorous Corporation in Kunming, China. In her role, she was responsible for the management and logistics of all phosphorous-fertilizer plants and phosphorous mines within the province of Yunnan. During her tenure, she was also the head of logistics for a modification project of Yunnan Zhongtan Phosphorous Milling Plant (100,000+t/y capacity), as well as the head of administrations for the building project of Yunnan An-Ning Compost Fertilizer Plant (40,000+t/y capacity). Ms. Luo served as the editor-in-chief of trade magazine, “Yunnan Phosphorus”

Ms. Luo holds a Bachelor of Chemical Mining from Chongqing university. She obtained her Professional Engineer designation in 1992.
